Automotive Assembly Plant — Robotic Cable Installation

A Tier 1 automotive parts manufacturer in the Stuttgart metropolitan area required high-flex cables for 48 welding robots operating 24/7 across three production shifts. Note: Insulation material selection depends on installation conditions, environmental exposure, and applicable standards. EPR/HEPR offers superior flexibility but at higher material cost. PVC remains the most economical choice for indoor LV applications where fire performance requirements permit halogenated materials.
